Idlib and Aleppo Governorate Projects 

BRD started with conducting survey to target the most vulnerable farmers (Men and Women), BRD distributed agricultural tools (Watering can, spade, fork, rakes, hand fork, hoe, trowel, hose, sprinkle…etc) 

fuel and Fertilisers step by step for the farmers through vouchers in first 3 months. 

Then BRD started with training the farmers in following subjects with providing technical support and advising services: 

Agricultural quarantine and product quality control 

Renewable and alternative energy 

Irrigation systems and water management 

Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) 

Value chains approach and principles 

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) 

Winter crops management 

Olive and olive oil managemen 

Food processing and dairy product 

Livestock management and animal health care 

Potato production and management.
