In its third consecutive round, Smile of_Peace Charity, in cooperation with the Canadian Fund_for_Local Initiatives, provides media training specialized in focusing on the security and safety of reporters in areas affected by the conflict. The training is facilitated by Dr. Mona Abdel Maqsoud, and the training focuses on the following topics:

1- The skills necessary to cover news and events professionally and ethically while promoting civic values and avoiding bias

2- Security and safety for correspondents in conflict areas

3- Means and skills to take into account gender privacy, children and people with special needs during media coverage.
